How we work
BusinessNamza Research Methodology
We help South African and international companies test a specific commercial reason to enter Namibia before adding avoidable overhead.
From market context to a decision
- 01
Define the commercial question
Start with the company’s capability, the decision it must make and the customer problem it intends to solve.
- 02
Collect primary and authoritative context
Review official statistics, regulations, procurement notices, project-owner material and relevant industry sources. Record the source and date.
- 03
Separate evidence from assumptions
Label public context, verified buyer statements, third-party claims and open hypotheses separately. A sector priority or directory listing is not buyer demand.
- 04
Map the buyer and buying path
Identify the organisation, asset or workflow, user, technical evaluator, budget owner and procurement route. Verify roles before calling an account qualified.
- 05
Test delivery and economics
Check technical fit, alternatives, local support, travel, freight, approvals, working capital and service responsibilities for the specific use case.
- 06
Recommend a proportionate decision
Proceed, adapt, research further or pause. A visit, local presence or launch is considered only when the evidence supports it.
What this work does not establish
Research does not guarantee customers, meetings, procurement access, contracts, investment, regulatory approval or revenue. Engineering, legal, tax, investment and regulatory decisions require appropriately qualified professionals and the relevant authorities.
- Public priorities are context, not demand.
- A lead is not qualified until evidence is checked.
- Source dates and unresolved assumptions are recorded.
- Recommendations are limited to the agreed scope.
